What type sof payment does Ottawa Joomla Design accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cheques.

Are there any discounts if I paid annually?

YES! If you prepay for 11 months of hosting, you get one month free. Basically 12 months of hosting for the price of 11 months. Please note Canadian residents will be billed HST.

And if we are custom designing your site, or have been referred by one of our customers, you get 3 months of free hosting!

How long does it take to setup an account after I order?

There are two approaches for Ottawa Joomla design -- either template or custom design. Most of our clients select a customized Joomla template. Typical turnaround is 3 weeks, but we can have your hosting and email set up within 24 hours of your order.

For all customers, we offer 24/7/365 helpdesk, email, and live chat technical support assistance. In addition, we have a number of help files addressing common asked questions. These files are provided in our members section.
