In 2006, we decided we wanted to find a way to bring great web design and cost-effective web maintenance services to our non-government clients. So a-hunting-we went -- looking for a perfect solution to this meet this need.

Our criteria?

2. Self-Managed web sites -- so that our clients could update their web sites themselves, any time, any where.
3. Elimination of custom programming for common web site features like photo galleries, eCommerce/shopping carts, and contact forms.
4. A Joomla hosting platform that would offer all sorts of great self-managable features like setting up your own email accounts and aliases, directory password protection, web stats -- so that any one of our clients would be able to manage all aspects of their web presence.

In 2006 we launched Ottawa Joomla Design -- a branch of MarketAccess that caters specifically to micro-businesses, small business, associations, and non-profits who are looking to maximize the return for their online budgets.
